A surprise in Istanbul was the large number of big old trees,
& everywhere were marvellous old walls.
The girl was reflected in the tram window, while outside,
looking back across the Golden Horn: Suleymaniya.
The city has a long & fascinating history,
& the old parts feel as if every stone has a story.
