Went through a big box of photos from an slr film camera, while
waiting for computer dramas to resolve.. still waiting, really.
If there's fish being caught, pelicans often turn up, & some
fishermen fillet their catch at the beach , leave the remains
for these wonderful birds. Sometimes they would mistake
the silver camera body for food, & land beside me. One time
we looked at each other, up close, for a long time,
until he shook himself & wandered off ~ gave me such a buzz.
