One night I joined some lovely Turkish friends, (we'd met
in Thailand) for food on Istanbul's Asian side.
The cities evening silhouette really is fantastic,
the food stores are great, each with it's specialty
displayed in a polished way, so much more satisfying than
a supermarket. The food at Ciya
was the best I had in Turkey. They have a website, but it's
currently unavailable
