listening

Had to wait until I remembered to photograph an attractive
pair of ears, to finish this one. Left is an inner leaf of a
staghorn fern. Interesting how a shape or texture can remind
of ears/hearing ~ & the same for the other senses.
I know that the overlapping of the senses is called synesthesia,
as if it's different ~ but is it really?
