A gorgeous day recently, stopped at my favourite small
beach, the sea was a vivid blue & calm
it has stones & large smooth rocks, so the sound is different
there were sailboats, whales, people fishing off the rocks,
it was hard to pull ourselves away.. oh, & warm!
my sister is around this area at present
(happy birthday!!)

How the waves crashing on the shore make many different sounds according to if thereare stones or not and what kind of stones, it is logica, but I had never experienced it until we lived at the shore in Swakopmund in Namibia. It always sounded different. I could not get enough of the Klokklokklok the stones produced shaken by the water!
Kiki
I'm the same Kiki. If it was easier to get there, I'd go more often. See my post October 4/11, I found a rock that had been drilled through over who knows how long. There were some great pebbled beaches on Maui,
too, it's like another language, don't you think?
