I know that spider web photos are supposed to be corny, but I really like seeing them in rain especially; with a breeze, they are quite difficult subjects, too.
The tree is in flower at present, its a Tibouchina, originally from Brazil, it's my neighbour's tree, & is about 5 metres tall.
For many years I travelled the world painting, then exhibiting;
working as either Ann or Anie Williams my book illustrations include Images from the I Ching; both editions of A Recipe for Dreaming, and The Family Frying Pan written by Bryce Courtenay (Penguin);
and Burning Questions with Isaac Shapiro (shantipress.blogspot.com.au)
Many of my images are available as limited edition prints -
email me for details.
I love taking photographs
& like my pictures to reflect the deep interest in who we are, really.
