a flower


A flower for a dear friend, who died yesterday.
We worked together long ago: he was the best boss,
as well as being an understanding & funny friend.
A big, generous heart, he had difficult times
of late. I salute your brave spirit, Z.

    A dying flower, still so beautiful, in Buddha`s hand or the Hand Of God (Rilke) - that is so sad and at the same time hopeful...

    ..however, this is a trick, I photographed the Azalea
    in my garden, & added it to one I took in Ayutthaya.
