wild


The ocean was often quite wild for the days I was away,
one afternoon we went to one of the headlands, it's unusual
to be able to look down on the waves, here,
more dramatic.

    In Swakopmund I lived this. They never have hurricanes, but in winter when the winds turn and the hot desert wind blows against the ocean, THAT was similar to this!

    Often there are faint rainbows in the spray that flies
    back as the waves break.. quite breathtaking.
